The Cost of Boot Camp includes:

Payment Policy
A non-refundable $50 deposit is due no later than March 21, 2012.
Full payment/remaining balance is due no later than May 2, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
In addition to the non refundable deposit, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied to cancellations made after May 1, 2012. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given 14 days prior to the start of camp.

Note: We currently have a short waiting list but encourage those interested in attending Transform’s 2011 Boot Camps to apply. Every year we accept several students on our waiting lists due to cancellations. We anticipate a similar situation this year so we’re asking you to send in your application; it’s not too late to apply for a summer that will change your life!
