Intern Program Vision

The intern program exists to train young adults to use, teach, and train the principles of Inductive Bible Study so that people may know God through His Word. We believe this happens most effectively in mentoring relationships and in the context of small-group Bible studies.

Program Goals

• To equip a new generation to use the Inductive Bible Study Method more effectively in their personal times of study.
• To equip a new generation with the tools necessary to train others effectively in the use of the Inductive Bible Study Method.
• To equip effective, trained small-group Bible study leaders.
• To serve the local community of Chattanooga and promote a lifestyle of service.
• To interact with God through the Word and unleash the Holy Spirit to transform lives and produce exemplary followers of Jesus Christ.
• To serve as Student Event Staff for Boot Camps
